Hichame Metatla is a profoundly sincere and transparent personality. In each of the start-up that he launched, the notion of mutual aid and support is there. The creation of its last start-up is bound to its will to share its experience and the lessons learnt by its errors.
Young dad he juggles between feeding-bottles and meetings. His daily comments inspire thousands of people every day. His 10 years of experiences in international finance, and its experience as entrepreneur and speaker are assets to perform his role of jury exactly and humanity.
Hichame grants 20 % of his time to help start-up and entrepreneurs in a voluntary way. MeetIing him during this hackathon can be an excellent opportunity for your professional orientation.

Reginald has over 10 years of experience in marketing, communication & branding working predominantly with SMEs and entrepreneurs. Along the years, his adaptability allowed him to garner experience in various fields such as : marketing, corporate communication, tech entrepreneurship, marketing research, event management, public speaking & in the media.
Known for having introduced the Fuck Up Nights in Switzerland, his tenure as MC generated interest from companies looking to use his services to better their storytelling and how they deliver content to their stakeholders. Passionate about technology, Reginald regularly coach and consult entrepreneurs around the World and recently co-founded Innova the first Swiss R&D lab dedicated to the Real Estate industry.

Francisca Guanter Buss has a strong experience in the sports special event management. Mainly at the equestrian level.
Executive committee member of the International Horse show of Geneva, General Secretary of Lausanne International Horse Show, President du Career Women Forum or still member of the Swiss circle of the administrators, Francisca possesses a robust experience of the sports industry, strengthened by its expertise in management.
It will be a jury reach on the detail and the long term vision of your projects.

After 10 years in senior management positions in the sports marketing sector and 5 years in consulting in the technology and entertainment sector, Frank Persyn founded Team Persyn Sports Consulting in 2015.
Team Persyn Sports Consulting works with global sports businesses and brands from big to start and scale up size, in the area of strategy development, business development, creative solutions and global implementation.
Frank has driven award winning global branding and communication projects for some of the worlds leading sports and lifestyle brands, initiated and established cross company partnerships and built and managed the European HQ of a global sports marketing organisation.
Frank is a lecturer in Strategic Sports Management & Marketing and in Management & Leadership at the Geneva Business School and a regular speaker at international sport industry summits on the topic of innovations in sports.
Frank spends his spare time running mountain trails, cycling alpine routes or skiing the back country of his domicile Val de Bagnes

Elisa Marclay, 23 years old, is finishing her master in sports management at UNIL and is currently working as an intern in sport department at the International Triathlon Union (ITU).
Dynamic, organised and versatile, she worked in several sectors such as sports teaching, security, administration or as a volunteer in charge of sponsoring for a running race. These various experiences allowed her to acquire and develop several skills as active listening, project management and team management.
Passionate about sports and especially soccer and running, once her thesis finished, she would like to work in events and project development for leisures and sports.

As a self-taught entrepreneur, Christian has, from his early age, launched different projects.
Obsessed with new technologies, he developed, as an adolescent, his "Bulletin Board System (BBS)". It was his first project. Then he experienced the beginning of the democratization of the internet and was involved in several Start'up including AlloCiné Suisse. He has never stopped creating.
Nowadays he is at the head of an event company, running events such as Salon nautique du Léman (Palexpo), Salon du vélo et de la mobilité durable (Beaulieu Lausanne), Aventure Expo (Beaulieu Lausanne) and Waterproof Festival (Geneva).
